Ibiza tripods, The tripod arrived without a bag to contain it, I contacted support and they did not contact me back. Terrible seller. The product is great I have it I'll buy the bag myself.
The product announcement is uncertain, On the tripod very good, that's what I needed. But in the seller's advertisement it clearly states “carrying case included”. It didn't come in the order, I claimed it and the seller says no, it shouldn't come. I urge you to admit your mistake with my order and immediately correct your product announcement, to avoid misunderstandings like mine, but to this day, you haven't done either of those things... what's more, a month later you still don't admit your responsibility for the published announcement. I hope Amazon will correct this unpleasant situation that this company has created
