The voice is not very loud,  Even when set to maximum volume, the voice is not very loud. It is suitable for small groups of people in environments that are not too noisy

Useless,  It comes with one battery. But it seems that it needs four. However, there is nowhere to put them.

Damaged and opened packaging,  The packaging came in the Amazon box badly shaken and badly closed (you can see it in the photos). It did not have any type of protection such as foam or plastic to protect against shocks. The battery/charging system is an add-on (a charger with an 18650 battery) that goes inside where the batteries should go. The sound is powerful but has a lot of static even at the minimum volume. A little disappointed, I'm likely to return it.
