  • Target customer base: The website is intended for individual customers (B2C) residing in the European Union. Professionals (B2B) may be served upon request and only via a personalized quote.
  • Acceptance of the GTC is mandatory for purchase: Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. The Customer must confirm this acceptance by checking a box provided for this purpose before finalizing their purchase.

3. Products and services

  • Clear description of the products sold: Peakser sells a wide range of products online dedicated to sound, lighting, and festive entertainment. This includes speakers, lighting sets, DJ packs, microphones, audio and lighting accessories, and karaoke equipment. Each product page provides a detailed description, technical specifications, and illustrative images.
  • Product availability: All products featured on the website are offered while stocks last. Stock levels are updated regularly to ensure availability at the time of ordering.
  • Possible limitations:
    • Pre-orders are not available.
    • Certain products or professional projects may only be available on request via a quote.
    • Peakser reserves the right to limit quantities per order, in particular to prevent unauthorized resale.
  • Related or unrelated services: No home installation or configuration services are offered.

  • Additional costs: delivery charges may apply depending on the shipping method chosen and are indicated before the basket is validated.

6. Cancellation and returns

  • Conditions: product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • Return shipping costs:
    • Paid by the customer except in the case of defective products or errors on the part of Peakser.

  • Refund: within 14 days of receipt and verification.
  • Exceptions: personalized products, unsealed items, items modified by the customer.

7. Warranties

  • Legal warranty of conformity: 2 years from delivery, Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code.
  • Warranty against hidden defects: 2 years from discovery, Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

  • Exclusions: misuse, dropping, unauthorized modification, repairs by third parties, normal wear and tear.
