1. Legal information about the company

Scope of the T&Cs: These terms and conditions of sale govern all orders placed on the website www.peakser.com, operated by AMERICANE SONO. They apply to all product sales made via this website.
Target customer base: The website is intended for individual customers (B2C) residing in the European Union. Professionals (B2B) may be served upon request and only via a personalized quote.
Acceptance of the GTC is mandatory for purchase: Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC. The Customer must confirm this acceptance by checking a box provided for this purpose before finalizing their purchase.

Clear description of the products sold: Peakser sells a wide range of products online dedicated to sound, lighting, and festive entertainment. This includes speakers, lighting sets, DJ packs, microphones, audio and lighting accessories, and karaoke equipment. Each product page provides a detailed description, technical specifications, and illustrative images.
Product availability: All products featured on the website are offered while stocks last. Stock levels are updated regularly to ensure availability at the time of ordering.
Possible limitations:
- Pre-orders are not available.
- Certain products or professional projects may only be available on request via a quote.
- Peakser reserves the right to limit quantities per order, in particular to prevent unauthorized resale.
Related or unrelated services: No home installation or configuration services are offered.
The products are covered by the applicable legal warranties (compliance, hidden defects), but no extended commercial warranty is currently offered.
Customer service is available for product support, returns, and any complaints.

All prices displayed on peakser.com are in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC). No other currencies are accepted at this time.
Strikethrough price = price observed among competitors and/or recommended retail price from our suppliers.
Promotional offers are clearly displayed with the previous price indicated where applicable.
Additional costs: delivery charges may apply depending on the shipping method chosen and are indicated before the basket is validated.

Average delivery times: 48 working hours on average from dispatch, up to 10 days depending on the destination.
Delivery methods:

Order tracking: tracking link sent by email after shipment.
Delivery costs: calculated automatically according to weight, destination, and delivery method chosen. Free delivery may be available in some cases.
Transport risks: borne by the seller until delivery. Any complaints must be made within 48 hours.

Legal cancellation period of 14 days from receipt of the order.
Conditions: product must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs:
- Paid by the customer except in the case of defective products or errors on the part of Peakser.
Procedure: contact support@peakser.com for approval and instructions.
Refund: within 14 days of receipt and verification.
Exceptions: personalized products, unsealed items, items modified by the customer.

Legal warranty of conformity: 2 years from delivery, Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code.
Warranty against hidden defects: 2 years from discovery, Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.
Procedure: contact us by email at support@peakser.com with proof of purchase, description of the problem, photos/videos if necessary.
Exclusions: misuse, dropping, unauthorized modification, repairs by third parties, normal wear and tear.

Data collected: last name, first name, address, email, phone number, payment.
Use: order processing, customer service, commercial communication (with consent), audience analysis.
Legal basis: performance of the contract, consent, legitimate interest.
Sharing: technical and logistics providers only. No resale.
GDPR rights: access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability via support@peakser.com.
