Very easy to carry, good sound performance in power and bass, behind all possible and imaginable attacks, well-readable display with all the info including track titles, wireless microphone without distortion or loss of signal, good battery life too, convenient and useful remote control.

Good sound and power,  Clear sound and high volume. The microphones and the Bluetooth function work very well. It also has Echo and the voice function that decreases the sound of the track so that the voice can be heard more. I loved it.

Wireless VHF mike does not work,  The first one arrived. The is great speakee for its size. Good sound easy to use. Great for garden a party and for house parties. The issue was with the wireless mike. It didn't work. The item was returned. The second replacement unit arrived with exactly the same issue. This must be common fault. Amazon customer service said they would they would check the stock for the fault.

Cash problem,  After charging the case for 14 hours as per the booklet, the case cannot be used without the power cable. I sent an email for replacement or resolution of the problem and I haven't received a response yet

unsuitable for singers or guitarists,  good volume, but poor quality microphones. it is impossible to connect to change the microphone and replace them with the quality ones I already have, a Rode S1 unidirectional microphone and an SM58 dynamic mic. moreover impossible to manage the 2 inputs separately. My microphone is faulty,  The karaoke is satisfying. It's not a toy product even though my microphone may be faulty. By inserting the batteries, the electrical contacts move and to make it work you have to move several times to find the right contact. Without this problem I would have given 5 stars

The importance of products,  I don't understand why if the case is 400W as in the advertisement on your site, and when it arrives it shows 45W, the second photo I send you is my 37W case and it is more powerful than the one that arrived to me, I can't explain why to put the 400W output power and then on the back of the case it says 45W as seen from another photo that I send you, I would like explanations if you don't want me to ask for a refund.
